Isn't really okay to put Homura new from in the infobox? It wasn't really the original form of Homura though and it can be mistaken for Okoro combination.

It would be best to put in the description section as to know what happening with Homura lately. Like how Mikusa is now wearing full female clothes that were explain in appearance section.
